During our work we have regular meetings with the operators as well as the owners to gather a holistic overview of the problem and afterwards we produce a detailed analysis accompanied by a course of action or organisational ‘to-do-list’. In some cases, we can personally assist management implement the changes on the ground or do the planning required (e.g. development of a new standard operating procedures handbook).
