We can review all of your operated departments by combining four factors: financial, operational, strategic and inter-personal. We find it important to investigate underlying issues within this matrix in order to provide a lasting and effective solution for your organisation.

During our work we have regular meetings with the operators as well as the owners to gather a holistic overview of the problem and afterwards we produce a detailed analysis accompanied by a course of action or organisational ‘to-do-list’. In some cases, we can personally assist management implement the changes on the ground or do the planning required (e.g. development of a new standard operating procedures handbook).

During these assignments we are careful not to disturb the aspects of the business that are working well and, in the meantime, make tweaks that allow for higher profits within the organisation.
