Massimiliano Matté

Massimiliano has more than 20 years’ experience in the development of hotels, restaurants, bars, and various other hospitality outlets. Among others he worked for the legendary Waldorf Astoria Cavalieri in Rome(Hilton), The Sandy Lane Barbados Resort, and the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. He is a native South Tirolian with vast international experience and fluent in 5 languages.

After his career in project management and development of restaurants and bars, he ‎started his own business in 2008 providing independent Hospitality and Food & Beverage assistance to real estate developers and hotel owners in Austria, Italy, France and beyond. 

In 2022 he joined HAM and ever since he has been working as HAM’s Managing Partner Austria & Northen Italy overseeing project management and other challenging and fascinating projects in hospitality advisory and development.

His Credo is to assist clients in creating a sublime interplay between Concept | Planning | Organization & Operational Business Structure | Training & Coaching & Interim | Development of Corporate Identity | Product Portfolio & Service. Our work is practically oriented, hands-on, and turnkey.

Massimiliano is graduate of the Hospitality/Hotel Academy Kaiserhof and a Master of Bar Management.
