Christof Burgbacher

Christof's training in Germany and his experience of 10 years in renowned hotel group taught him that only continuous improvement is the key to success.

This is part of the sustainable approach, which can identify the weaknesses and create a true corporate identity.
He formed a connection to sustainable tourism in Costa Rica while working for a collection of upscale hotels. 

This experience opened his eyes to a new way of working:  economic, efficient and always oriented towards the future. Motivated teams and customers marveled by their stay are the result of this approach.

Since 2017 he is referenced as an expert for the sustainable tourism program of the UNWTO „One Planet Travel with Care“ and member of the „Global Leaders Network“ of Green Destinations. He has been selected several times as „Best Sustainable Tourism Consultancy - North Africa“

Having joined HAM in 2020 Christof will add his expertise in sustainable development to our services and help our clients to face new challenges and expectations.
