Frans-Jan Soede

Frans-Jan has more than 30 years’ experience in the management and development of hotels, resorts and various other hospitality assets, having worked for Hilton, Intercontinental, and Marriott. He graduated from Michigan State University's Educational Institute of Hotel & Lodging Association.

 

After his career in hotel management, he worked on the reorganisation, restructuring and development of hotel, hospitality and tourism portfolios for the Bank Groups UniCredit and Raiffeisen and Austria Special Buildings (ASB) among numerous other clients.

 

In 2002, he founded HAM and ever since he has been working as CEO and Founder, overseeing challenging and fascinating projects in hotel advisory and development throughout Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa.
